If you choose to cancel because of the weather, you must do so before setup begins. Once setup has started, the booking can no longer be cancelled for weather reasons.

Standard hire is for up to 6 hours, with timing adjusted to the event and subject to availability.

• Equipment hire for up to 6 hours.
• Delivery, setup and collection at no extra charge in Portimão, Lagos and Lagoa.
• For other locations, the travel charge is calculated and shown in the quote before booking.
• Timing, access and setup conditions confirmed before the event.

Delivery, setup and collection are included at no extra charge in Portimão, Lagos and Lagoa. For other Algarve locations, the travel charge is calculated and shown in the quote before booking.

We also deliver bouncy castles to Quarteira and Vilamoura for parties at homes, holiday villas and event venues. Send the date, postcode, chosen model and photos of the setup area and access route. We confirm availability and the total quote, including travel, before you book. For a rented villa, check with the owner or manager that the installation is permitted.

The displayed inflatable hire prices cover the standard period of up to 6 hours. Balloon modelling covers 2 hours. Popcorn, candy floss and face painting services cover 2 hours 30 minutes; the foam cannon service covers 1 hour. Decoration hire duration is confirmed in the quote. Flexible timing is subject to availability and confirmation before booking.

Yes. We are flexible and will try to adapt the timing to your event, subject to availability and confirmation in the quote.

Payment is made in two stages: 50% upon confirmation and the remaining 50% up to the service setup. We accept Bank Transfer, Cash, or MB WAY.

Payment details are sent after the quote and availability have been confirmed.

For the party to go well, we just need:

• Space: A clean, flat place with the equipment measurements.
• Access: Free passage at least 1 meter wide and 2 meters high.
• Energy: A conventional light point (230V) nearby. Consumption is residual (approx. 0.20€/hour per motor).

We set up on grass, cement, tarmac, or gravel. Attention: For safety reasons, we do not set up on sloping floors or with steep drops.

Hiring a monitor is mandatory only for equipment marked as such (due to its complexity or size). The monitor is a technician responsible for the safety and proper use of the equipment (should not be confused with a party entertainer).

Service value: €80 (up to 5 hours).

Extra hour: €20/hour.
