Reservations and Scheduling
How do I book and how far in advance?
To guarantee your preferred equipment, we recommend booking as early as possible. However, we accept last-minute bookings (up to the same day), subject to stock availability and logistics. To book, use our direct contacts:

What to do if the weather forecast is bad?
Don't panic. We always advise having a "Plan B" (such as a covered location or swapping for equipment that fits indoors). The final decision on assembly will be made as close as possible to the event time, evaluating real safety conditions. In case of rain or strong wind, safety always prevails.
Prices and Included Services
What is included in the rental price?
Our base service is turnkey and includes:
- Rental of the chosen equipment.
- Assembly (carried out during the morning) and Disassembly (until 9:00 PM) on the day of the event.
- Civil Liability Insurance.
- Necessary technical material (electrical extensions, fixings, etc.).
- VAT at the legal rate in force.
What is NOT included?
- Supply of electricity and water.
- Monitor Service (except for equipment where it is indicated as mandatory).
Are there travel costs?
It depends on the location. We have "free service" zones (due to proximity to our warehouses). For other zones, a fair travel fee is calculated. Contact us to know the exact value for your location.
Schedules and Logistics
How do delivery and collection schedules work?
Normally, assembly is carried out during the morning and collections take place until 9:00 PM on the same day.
Can I ask for collection after 9:00 PM?
Yes. If you wish to extend the party beyond 9:00 PM, a supplementary fee will apply, the value of which varies depending on the requested time. Talk to us to adjust the schedule to your needs.
Payments
How and when is the payment made?
Payment is made in two stages: 50% upon confirmation and the remaining 50% up to the service setup. We accept Bank Transfer, Cash, or MB WAY.

Technical Requirements and Safety
What conditions do I need to guarantee at the location?
For the party to go well, we just need:
- Space: A clean, flat place with the equipment measurements.
- Access: Free passage at least 1 meter wide and 2 meters high.
- Energy: A conventional light point (230V) nearby. Consumption is residual (approx. 0.20€/hour per motor).
Can I set up on any type of floor?
We set up on grass, cement, tarmac, or gravel. Attention: For safety reasons, we do not set up on sloping floors or with steep drops.
When is it mandatory to hire a Monitor?
Hiring a monitor is mandatory only for equipment marked as such (due to its complexity or size). The monitor is a technician responsible for the safety and proper use of the equipment (should not be confused with a party entertainer).
Service value: 80€ (período até 5 horas).
Extra hour: 20€/hora.
